L – Love gives strength. (Red)
O – Optimism lights the way. (Purple)
V – Valour grows through every season. (Blue)
E – Every tomorrow blooms with hope. (Green)

A message from Hilda: Like a tree, you are rooted in hope and growing through every season of life. You are never alone. Be kind to yourself. Take a little time each day to do something that brings you peace. It may be drawing, listening to music, walking, or simply enjoying a quiet moment. Just as a tree grows stronger with care, our hearts and spirits also grow when we take time to rest, heal, and hope. May your Tree of Life continue to grow with strength, courage, and love.
